This is a very nice case as other reviewers have mentioned. Perfect for my nuvi 760 The Amazon page doesn’t mention it, but this case will fit several different models of the Garmin nuvi. The package lists any of the following as compatible:

My Nuvi 760 is fairly pricey, so worth protecting. The case does a good job though I’d be a bit concerned about dropping it so a corner hits a hard surface (not going to test to see if my concern is valid). It slides in easily and stays shut securely. The person on here who complained the switch was moved by the casemust have been using it backwards (there’s a well done relief for the switch if the Nuvi is inserted properly). Product construction quality and appearance is good — not unsightly in any setting. A small improvement might have been to include an ID holder so if accidently left somewhere, the owner could easily be found.

    Amazon Verified Purchase(What’s this?)

I had already purchased a Lowepro camera case to protect my Nuvi 760 - it works, but is awfully bulky. I was intrigued by the Garmin case which I had not run across before and I took a chance on ordering it. I’m glad I did, the case is one of the best I have ever seen of manufacturer-sold cases, most of which are pretty shabby. The 760 slides nicely and firmly into the sleeve with the power switch and headphone jack accessible when closed. When open, the screen is fully visible.

The flap holds securely with two magnets and there is a belt-loop on the back, though why, I don’t know.

I am particularly pleased by the protection this case offers - the edges and corners are rigid and spaced out a bit from the Nuvi and the front and back are also well-protected.
